We aim to deliver all European orders within 5-15 working days from time of purchase.

We operate a 14 day returns policy if it’s not to your satisfaction.Goods Returned Process
To return goods you must first contact us via telephone or email and advise us of your intention to return the goods. Please make sure you have your personal details, order number and date of order to hand.
We will provide you with a returns authorisation code. This code is only valid for 14 days and must be shown clearly on the label of the goods and any documentation being returned. Goods sent back (after the expiry of the statutory distance selling cooling off period) without prior returns authorisation will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged. We strongly suggest that you return the goods via recorded or special delivery and keep a proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only.

Full refund of the cost of the goods is conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
Goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
Goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price – less delivery charges and cost of accessories.
How long does a refund take? We aim to refund your money in as quick a time as possible. However it may take a few days to appear on your card as it is processed by the banks’ system.
None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
